For 27 years, I’ve been on a mission to transform education and empower families, students, and leaders to thrive. Here are some of the things my current and past clients have to say.

In our sessions, Ben created a safe, non-judgmental space where I felt genuinely heard and understood. His guidance was thoughtful and practical, and he offered actionable strategies that truly helped me to move forward and build confidence. Ben’s calm demeanour, combined with his skill in helping me explore new perspectives, was incredibly empowering.

I had the privilege of working with Ben McCarthy as my counselor, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Ben brings an exceptional level of professionalism, insight, and empathy to his sessions. His background in psychology, combined with his experience as a certified executive coach, means he understands both personal and academic challenges in depth.

I have known Ben McCarthy for many years. Ben’s maturity and passion for helping both adults and children achieve their potential are impressive.

He began his career as a teacher and successfully advanced to the role of Headmaster, where he was instrumental in establishing and growing a greenfield school. His leadership and dedication were evident, leading to further promotions.

Ben combines firmness with understanding, qualities that are essential for supporting children with learning difficulties. His extensive training and experience also equip him to guide parents in understanding and assisting their children effectively.

I have had the privilege of knowing Ben since early 2020. Ben leads our church Gospel Community group with a unique blend of energy, humour, and encouragement that makes everyone feel at ease. His disarming nature and positive outlook create an environment where people feel safe to share, laugh, and grow.

Ben’s approach to leadership is selfless; he consistently puts the needs of others ahead of his own and serves as a source of support to our entire group. His ability to connect with people and provide genuine encouragement is evident in every meeting.

As a devoted husband and father, Ben models the values he aims to instil in others. He leads by example, balancing his personal commitments with his role as a leader in our community. I have no doubt that these qualities will translate seamlessly into his work as an executive coach and family counsellor. Ben’s deep understanding of work-life balance, combined with his compassionate nature, make him exceptionally well-suited to help others navigate their own paths.

I believe that anyone who has the opportunity to work with Ben will find themselves in the care of a dedicated and empathetic coach who truly wants the best for others. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

We have had the privilege of knowing Bennie since 2014 and in this time we have learnt that he is genuinely passionate about helping others by
providing thoughtful, personalized guidance and taking time to understand each individual’s unique needs.

As our children have grown up together we have been lucky enough to pick Bennie’s brain on numerous occasions especially around education / age appropriate emotions etc.. and whether it has been with his creative learning strategies or practical parenting advice, every recommendation has been spot on

We recommend Bennie to anyone looking for a dedicated, professional and caring person who can make a meaningful difference

I have known Ben since 2018 when we met at a Principals Development Programme. At the time, he was the Principal of Copper Leaf. I was struck by his warmth, sense of humour, love of God and his obvious devotion to his wife and children. He left an impression on me as a man of character who had a deep concern for the wellbeing of the children in his care as a Principal.

Our paths crossed again when Ben joined Trinityhouse Little Falls as the Executive Head in 2021. As colleagues in the House Schools, we had the opportunity to share much time together. I found that Ben was truly servant-hearted and led by example. In his position as Executive Head, he interacted with his team in a calm, kind and loving manner, encouraging his staff to flow in their strengths. Many times, Ben would go the extra mile when it came to his work ethic and considered his team always.

He interacted in a caring manner with parents at his school and could often be found on the sports field, cheering on the children playing sport at the time.

Ben has also been my Church Life Group leader for the past three years. During this time, Ben has loved and served the Lord in all he said and did. He has a deep faith in Jesus Christ and all He did for us as His children on the cross. He has given wise and Godly counsel to my husband and myself and displays the Fruits of the Spirit in his daily walk.

Knowing Ben as well as I do now, I can testify to his care and love for his wife and three children. He is an exceptional father and husband, and I believe is doing a very good job as
a parent.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ben as an Educational Consultant and
Executive and Parenting Coach.

I believe he would be a great blessing to any client he counsels and that they would find him to be passionate about education, trustworthy and a man of integrity.
